Ingredients
3oz butter
8oz digestive biscuits, crushed
½ pint double cream
Juice and rind of 4 large limes
397g can of Nestle condensed milk
To Decorate
Whipped cream & lime slices
Method
- Melt the butter in a pan and stir in the biscuits. Press into the base and sides of a 20cm (8”) deep loose-bottomed flat tin. Chill.
- Whisk the remaining ingredients together until thick and creamy. Pour over the biscuit base.
Chill, then decorate with whipped cream and lime slices before serving |
