Ingredients
4 4oz (125g) frozen beefburgers
1oz (25g) butter
¼ pint (150ml) double cream
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
A few drops of Worcestershire sauce
- Fry beefburgers in butter, according to directions on packet.
- Lift burgers from pan, place on a warm serving dish.
- Mix cream, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and seasoning.
- Add to pan and heat through, stirring gently, do not boil.
- Adjust seasoning, pour over beefburgers.
- Serve at once with broccoli and grilled tomatoes.
