Beefburgers with Mustard Cream Sauce

Ingredients

4 4oz (125g) frozen beefburgers
1oz (25g) butter
¼ pint (150ml) double cream
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
A few drops of Worcestershire sauce

 

  1. Fry beefburgers in butter, according to directions on packet.
  2. Lift burgers from pan, place on a warm serving dish.
  3. Mix cream, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and seasoning.
  4. Add to pan and heat through, stirring gently, do not boil.
  5. Adjust seasoning, pour over beefburgers.
  6. Serve at once with broccoli and grilled tomatoes.
